The holidays are officially on in Hanford, and we’re bringing you a front-row seat to everything that makes this season shine. From a redesigned Winter Wonderland with an elevated viewing deck and crackling fire pits to a bigger, safer Christmas Parade with three announcer stands, we break down what’s new, what’s returning, and how to make the most of it.

We sit down with organizer Brad Albert for a guided tour of Winter Wonderland’s smartest upgrades: a smoother park layout, an expanded vendor village, and dedicated space for games and small rides. Tickets are simpler and friendlier on the wallet, with youth pricing reduced to $10 every day and clear tips for reserving sessions before weekends sell out. Special add-ons like the Princess and Superhero breakfasts, Santa story time, Faith Night, and a base night with NAS Lemoore keep the calendar full, while flexible rentals—from the North Pole Lounge to intimate garden domes—turn a night on the ice into a private celebration.

The Hanford Christmas Parade gets an extended route to spread out crowds and add more great viewing spots. We highlight the Spanish-language plaza at 8th and Reddington in partnership with La Buena and Univision, plus a robust safety plan that includes nine uniformed officers and reinforced street closures. Need-to-know details are all here: entry deadlines, easier requirements for community groups, and where to find the application. We also round up the week’s community events, from Main Street Hanford’s Tree Walk to the Carnegie Museum exhibit, and close with a lively high school sports update as basketball season tips off.

00:00:00.320 --> 00:00:10.160
On this episode of the Hanford Insider, we celebrate the opening of the fifth annual Winter Wonderland and the return of the Hanford Christmas Parade.

00:00:10.480 --> 00:00:17.280
Rob will give you a quick review of the community calendar, and I'll be back later with your sports report.

00:00:17.839 --> 00:00:22.480
This is the Hanford Insider for Monday, november seventeenth.

00:00:42.159 --> 00:00:45.679
Hey Hanford, welcome to the Hanford Insider Podcast.

00:00:45.840 --> 00:00:47.520
I'm your host, Rob Bentley.

00:00:47.759 --> 00:00:52.960
This is your go-to place for good vibes, great stories, and all of the local buzz.

00:00:53.119 --> 00:00:58.719
Every episode, we spotlight the events, people, and moments that make our community one of a kind.

00:00:58.960 --> 00:01:04.319
So buckle up, smile big, and let's dive into what's happening right here in your hometown.

00:01:05.359 --> 00:01:14.640
In Community News This Week, the Hanford City Council will meet Tuesday, November 18th in the Council Chambers, located inside the Hanford Civic Auditorium.

00:01:15.200 --> 00:01:21.840
At the afternoon study session beginning at 4 p.m., they'll receive an update on the East Lacey Improvement Project.

00:01:22.079 --> 00:01:34.239
And then at the general session at 7, they'll start off by recognizing Hanford Police Department Explorers on their recent accomplishments, and then they'll take a moment to recognize the volunteers from the Cinderella Project.

00:01:34.400 --> 00:01:46.480
In general business, they'll look at additional appropriations for the Youth Athletic Complex concession stand project, as well as have a discussion and decision on the status of the contract with a current city attorney.

00:01:47.120 --> 00:01:53.519
If you can't attend the meeting, you can always watch online at livestream.city.

00:01:54.239 --> 00:01:57.760
The Washington Elementary School community sure got a scare last week.

00:01:58.000 --> 00:02:01.439
A portion of the amphitheater ceiling collapsed and fell on a student.

00:02:01.920 --> 00:02:10.639
The school has closed the campus until at least December 1st, so that the campus-wide inspections can be made, as well as repairs to the affected areas.

00:02:11.120 --> 00:02:14.000
The students are at home on distance learning until then.

00:02:14.800 --> 00:02:25.759
The new downtown tap room on 6th Street and the old artworks announced on social media this week that they have finally secured all of their construction permits and will begin remodeling the building this week.

00:02:26.240 --> 00:02:28.400
The goal is to be open in a few months.

00:02:33.120 --> 00:02:36.080
Now let's take a look at this week's community calendar.

00:02:36.319 --> 00:02:41.919
The King's Players are presenting Murder by the Book at the Temple Theater in Hanford each weekend in November.

00:02:42.080 --> 00:02:46.800
Visit KingsPlayers.org to get more information and purchase tickets.

00:02:48.080 --> 00:02:57.919
Main Street Hanford is hosting several events over the next few weeks, including the annual Downtown Christmas Tree Walk and the Wine and Chocolate Tasting Event on December 5th.

00:03:03.680 --> 00:03:11.759
During the wine and chocolate event, the Griswold LaSalle Community Foundation will be unveiling their annual Christmas window display at 6 30 p.m.

00:03:12.080 --> 00:03:15.439
on the southeast corner of Dowdy Street and 7th Street.

00:03:15.680 --> 00:03:21.039
On the December 1st episode, I'll have a chance to talk with them about this year's display.

00:03:21.520 --> 00:03:29.919
The Carnegie Museum of Kings County's exhibition, a history of Kings County Agriculture, is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 1 p.m.

00:03:30.000 --> 00:03:30.639
to 5 p.m.

00:03:30.879 --> 00:03:32.560
through December 14th.

00:03:34.240 --> 00:03:37.039
Operation Christmas Blessing is already in the works.

00:03:37.199 --> 00:03:44.080
For more information, you can contact Kara Fleming at 559-392-2295.

00:03:46.319 --> 00:03:52.240
On Saturday, November 22nd, the Hanford Fox Theater will be showing the Wizard of Oz at 7 p.m.

00:03:52.560 --> 00:03:56.560
Visit FoxHanford.com for information and tickets.

00:03:58.319 --> 00:04:04.879
Finally, the On Ya Home Christmas Light Decorating Contest, Kings County Let It Glow will be kicking off soon.

00:04:05.039 --> 00:04:12.879
Visit Kings County Let It Glow.com to see how you can nominate a home or just get a list of the decorated homes in our area.

00:04:14.159 --> 00:04:18.319
If you have an event coming up and you'd like some help getting the word out, let's work together.

00:04:18.480 --> 00:04:22.160
Send your information to HanfordInsider at gmail.com.

00:04:22.399 --> 00:04:26.800
Be sure to subscribe to my weekly newsletter to get a complete calendar of events.

00:04:26.959 --> 00:04:30.399
It's the most comprehensive community calendar available.

00:04:47.360 --> 00:04:48.160
Actually, two things.

00:04:48.319 --> 00:04:52.800
It means the Hanford Winter Wonderland is right around the corner and the Hanford Christmas Parade.

00:04:52.879 --> 00:04:55.040
And I have on the show with us today Mr.

00:04:55.199 --> 00:04:56.079
Brad Albert.

00:04:56.160 --> 00:05:00.879
He was on the show a few weeks ago to highlight some of the new changes for the Hanford Christmas Parade.

00:05:01.040 --> 00:05:09.040
But today we're going to focus mainly on the Hanford Winter Wonderland, which opens this Saturday at 2 o'clock at the Hanford Civic Auditorium.

00:05:09.199 --> 00:05:10.480
Welcome to the show, Brad.

00:05:10.879 --> 00:05:11.600
Thanks, Rob.

00:05:11.680 --> 00:05:15.120
Can you believe it's uh end of November already?

00:05:15.439 --> 00:05:27.360
You know, the crazy thing is this is actually the third time on the podcast in three years over the three years that we've been doing this, uh, talking about all the wonderful things that are happening in Winter Wonderland.

00:05:27.439 --> 00:05:28.959
And it just gets better and better.

00:05:29.040 --> 00:05:35.439
And it's actually a business model building on the success from previous years and adding things.

00:05:35.600 --> 00:05:43.839
Uh so speaking of adding things, uh, let's uh let's highlight some of the big changes this year for Winter Wonderland and some of the things that you've added.

00:05:44.079 --> 00:05:48.000
Yeah, so the first part, we've changed the layout of the park just a little bit.

00:05:48.160 --> 00:05:55.120
We've moved our games um uh in Civic Park just off of Dowdy Street out of the Courthouse Square area.

00:05:55.360 --> 00:06:00.639
Um, we've extended our vendor village on the Irwin side uh a bit.

00:06:00.959 --> 00:06:22.319
A really new uh amenity will be a viewing deck that will be on just east of the ice rink with two large um fire pits, and folks will be able to sit out on that deck and maybe have some s'mores and uh be able to view from a little bit of an elevated level.

00:06:23.040 --> 00:06:34.879
And I understand, besides for the uh Vender Village and the seating area, we're also moving the carnival over to the east side that was previously located there in front of the courthouse.

00:06:35.040 --> 00:06:37.360
But uh, you decided to move the games this year.

00:06:37.680 --> 00:06:38.240
We did.

00:06:38.399 --> 00:06:46.959
The games will expand, and we'll also may have a few small rides um located in that area.

00:06:47.040 --> 00:06:51.199
So we give them kind of a dedicated area to be able to do that.

00:06:51.279 --> 00:06:56.639
Our our games have been really the most uh popular vendor in our first four years.

00:06:56.720 --> 00:06:57.839
We're on year five.

00:06:58.160 --> 00:07:04.000
Yeah, there were a lot of skeptical people about bringing in the carnival games, but they certainly are uh entertaining.

00:07:04.160 --> 00:07:06.800
Uh lots of food booths are returning too, I see.

00:07:07.040 --> 00:07:17.199
We have many of our local food vendors returning, every single one from last year, with the exception of one, wanted to return.

00:07:17.439 --> 00:07:19.199
So we have a few new folks.

00:07:19.360 --> 00:07:22.480
We'll be selling pizza, a lot of great vendors.

00:07:22.639 --> 00:07:27.759
So um, if people just come and they're hungry, uh, we'll be able to accommodate that.

00:07:28.079 --> 00:07:34.480
So the website, HanfordWinterwonderland.com, is just packed with all kinds of information.

00:07:34.560 --> 00:07:35.920
Uh, let's go over some of that.

00:07:36.000 --> 00:07:41.680
Let's talk about the sessions and how people can get tickets and what they get for their ticket.

00:07:42.160 --> 00:07:45.120
Well, there's two ways to get a ticket for ice skating.

00:07:45.199 --> 00:07:47.360
One is to go onto that website.

00:07:47.600 --> 00:07:52.160
You can reserve your session time and date based on your schedule.

00:07:52.399 --> 00:07:54.160
And fairly simple.

00:07:54.399 --> 00:07:56.480
We kept our adult pricing the same.

00:07:56.639 --> 00:08:09.839
We've actually lowered our youth from age four to 17 to$10 every day, which is something new, and we're really excited to get the young people here.

00:08:10.160 --> 00:08:14.160
You can also walk up and buy tickets.

00:08:14.399 --> 00:08:18.079
That is on some of our busier nights, we do sell out.

00:08:18.240 --> 00:08:22.480
When we hit about 125, it gets a little bit crowded.

00:08:22.720 --> 00:08:28.000
But generally, weekdays are fairly easy to walk up, weekends a little harder.

00:08:28.160 --> 00:08:32.399
So if you're planning on coming on the weekends, you may want to go online.

00:08:33.279 --> 00:08:40.639
And I know that as the season goes on, because you're open through the beginning of January, uh, you have a lot of special events.

00:08:40.799 --> 00:08:43.759
And I know that events are added as you go on.

00:08:43.840 --> 00:08:54.720
Um, but three events that you have on the calendar we see the Princess Breakfast and Skate, which is Saturday, December 13th, followed by the superhero breakfast the Sunday after that.

00:08:54.879 --> 00:09:01.919
And then later on in the season, you have Santa's coming back for some story time on Tuesday, December 23rd.

00:09:02.000 --> 00:09:06.399
Uh, those special events actually make this event even more special, doesn't it?

00:09:06.639 --> 00:09:14.159
Yeah, there are events within the event, and each of those draws a little bit different audience, and we love that.

00:09:14.320 --> 00:09:19.360
We also have planned um coming up Faith Night, working with the local pastors.

00:09:19.519 --> 00:09:28.559
We generally also do a base night with NAS Lamore, where the first hundred folks from the base with an ID gets a free ticket.

00:09:28.720 --> 00:09:30.399
So we're in the works for that.

00:09:30.480 --> 00:09:34.159
That will be announced, and we love these mini events.

00:09:34.480 --> 00:09:38.960
Can people rent the rink um maybe in the off hours of the general time?

00:09:39.039 --> 00:09:42.320
Can they make special arrangements to actually rent out the rink?

00:09:42.559 --> 00:09:43.200
Absolutely.

00:09:43.360 --> 00:09:46.399
And all of that information is on our website.

00:09:46.639 --> 00:09:49.279
So we have the ice rink rental available.

00:09:49.440 --> 00:09:58.799
We have the North Pole Lounge, which is the Bastille Patio, for larger groups, so a company, family, large family, that type of thing.

00:09:59.120 --> 00:10:07.919
We have two new, what I call garden domes, and they're for smaller groups, six to eight people in a bubble that will be lit.

00:10:08.000 --> 00:10:15.679
So they'll look kind of like some big Christmas bulbs out by the deck, and that will be available for smaller groups.

00:10:15.759 --> 00:10:19.360
And again, everything is on the website to reserve those spaces.

00:10:19.679 --> 00:10:20.399
And that's great.

00:10:20.559 --> 00:10:24.960
So let's uh talk about Saturday nights, opening night, and you have Christmas tree lighting.

00:10:25.039 --> 00:10:26.720
Uh, what's what's that about?

00:10:27.200 --> 00:10:31.919
Christmas tree lighting has is really for us the kickoff of the season.

00:10:32.159 --> 00:10:34.960
It is on our opening day, as you mentioned, 2 p.m.

00:10:35.279 --> 00:10:39.919
We open at 6 p.m., we begin the tree lighting ceremony.

00:10:40.080 --> 00:10:47.600
So basically, what that is, we're on the steps of the Civic, and we're actually going to light the official Christmas tree.

00:10:47.679 --> 00:10:51.279
We have a 30-foot beautiful tree that we light up.

00:10:51.360 --> 00:10:53.360
So we have a brief invocation.

00:10:53.600 --> 00:11:00.960
We're going to introduce some new friends of Winter Wonderland that you're just going to have to come and meet.

00:11:01.120 --> 00:11:03.759
But I think you'll um enjoy it.

00:11:03.840 --> 00:11:11.600
And then our mayor, Travis Payton, will count down, light the tree, and then we have a few special effects following that.

00:11:11.759 --> 00:11:17.360
So we think it's going to be a great day of music and a few surprises.

00:11:17.919 --> 00:11:23.759
Wouldn't it be great if one of those surprises was another fire truck to take people around and look at Christmas lights, yeah?

00:11:24.080 --> 00:11:24.960
Oh man.

00:11:25.440 --> 00:11:30.639
We sold out of Tour of Lights in about a 24-hour period.

00:11:30.799 --> 00:11:33.360
That's 87 tours.

00:11:33.759 --> 00:11:35.200
And you're absolutely right.

00:11:35.279 --> 00:11:43.120
I've been trying to figure out how we could get another vintage fire truck, but again, that's Hanford.

00:11:43.519 --> 00:11:52.639
And, you know, that just speaks to traditions and um getting out in the community and seeing how um all our community embraces the holidays.

00:11:52.960 --> 00:11:55.200
And there's a lot of other special events going on.

00:11:55.279 --> 00:12:06.240
We've got concerts at the Fox Theaters, schools are performing concerts, groups stop by uh the evening in wine and chocolate, the brass carolers tour around the uh the Civic Park.

00:12:06.320 --> 00:12:08.720
So Hanford definitely loves its Christmas time.

00:12:08.960 --> 00:12:14.399
And uh so that's a good segue to the Hanford Christmas Parade, which is coming up on the 28th.

00:12:14.639 --> 00:12:23.759
And uh, we talked about it in uh an episode about two weeks ago, but the committee has recently met and uh added some new things and uh maybe relaxed some of the requirements.

00:12:23.840 --> 00:12:26.639
Uh, can you update us on the status of the Christmas parade?

00:12:26.960 --> 00:12:27.919
Yeah, absolutely.

00:12:28.080 --> 00:12:31.919
We have um entries coming in constantly now.

00:12:32.240 --> 00:12:34.320
We can still use a few more.

00:12:34.559 --> 00:12:42.480
So if you're interested in getting your group in the parade, please call 559-585-2525.

00:12:42.879 --> 00:12:54.879
We've relaxed some of our requirements for insurance and things, and we just want the community to be represented very well on the parade, as it has in years past.

00:12:55.759 --> 00:13:10.559
So the new deadline is Friday, November 21st, and you can go to the Hanford Christmas Parade website on the city website, and actually, I found out the easiest way to get to it is just to Google Hanford Christmas Parade 2025 and it comes right up.

00:13:10.639 --> 00:13:12.720
But the application is available online.

00:13:13.120 --> 00:13:16.559
You can also print one out and turn it in at the city offices.

00:13:16.799 --> 00:13:20.320
So, Brad, we've added some new features to the parade this year.

00:13:20.399 --> 00:13:21.600
Uh, let's go through those.

00:13:21.679 --> 00:13:25.679
Let's talk about the route and some of the features along the route.

00:13:26.000 --> 00:13:32.320
So, the route this year, we actually returned back a few years for an extended parade route.

00:13:32.399 --> 00:13:36.960
So, technically, the parade will start on Harris and 7th.

00:13:37.120 --> 00:13:39.919
It will proceed west down 7th.

00:13:40.159 --> 00:13:47.840
It will take a right-hand turn on Reddington, go down to the block and take a right on eighth.

00:13:48.159 --> 00:13:55.279
Come down to Dowdy and take a left where the judging will take place across from Superior Derry.

00:13:55.360 --> 00:14:04.480
Uh, the parade actually extends two blocks past that location and empties out um a little bit north on Dowdy.

00:14:05.679 --> 00:14:07.840
So we have not one announcer stand.

00:14:07.919 --> 00:14:18.720
We don't have two announcer stands, we have three announcer stands, and I'm going to be actually hosting an announcer stand at where usually the parade would make a turn there on Irwin Street.

00:14:18.799 --> 00:14:25.360
And I'm hoping no one puts their chairs out on Irwin Street because they're going to be awfully disappointed when the parade doesn't come down that way.

00:14:25.440 --> 00:14:30.320
So the Hanford Insider, myself, will be hosting an announcer stand that are Irwin and 7th.

00:14:30.399 --> 00:14:39.200
But we have some with the new route, we have a new thing happening at the corner of 8th and Reddington, uh, including an additional announcer stand.

00:14:39.279 --> 00:14:41.120
So uh what's the deal about that, Brad?

00:14:41.360 --> 00:14:49.279
So the the emphasis of that one will be a Spanish-speaking announcer for for folks that would feel more comfortable there.

00:14:49.360 --> 00:14:55.679
And we're also setting up a plaza with food vendors um in an adjacent parking lot.

00:14:55.919 --> 00:15:00.639
And so we're gonna really work with La Buena Radio and Univision.

00:15:00.799 --> 00:15:07.120
They have promised some of their celebrity DJs and anchors that we'll be announcing there.

00:15:07.360 --> 00:15:11.759
And it's something new, uh, something we're very, very excited about.

00:15:11.919 --> 00:15:16.879
So that will take place basically on the corner of Eighth and Reddington.

00:15:17.039 --> 00:15:25.279
And then we'll have another, our last announcer over in Civic Park over by the ending of the parade across from Superior Dairy.

00:15:25.360 --> 00:15:29.279
So, yeah, three different places spread out throughout the route.

00:15:29.360 --> 00:15:35.840
Um, and just to give the general public who comes, knowing who the groups are, maybe a little background about that.

00:15:35.919 --> 00:15:39.759
And it just provides, you know, that background for the parade.

00:15:40.080 --> 00:15:42.639
So, what are the questions that came up at the committee meeting?

00:15:42.720 --> 00:15:44.639
We were talking talking about food vendors.

00:15:44.720 --> 00:15:58.159
We're going to have these different food vendors placed throughout the route, but we're also maybe, just maybe gaining a little bit more control over these uh people that are selling items on the street, food items, carnival items, horns, glow-up sticks.

00:15:58.399 --> 00:16:00.320
What can you tell us about that?

00:16:00.559 --> 00:16:02.720
And then we know what's probably going to happen.

00:16:02.799 --> 00:16:05.600
But what what what uh direction do you see that heading?

00:16:05.919 --> 00:16:08.559
Yeah, so thus far, we've been very fortunate.

00:16:08.720 --> 00:16:16.480
Some of those vendors, as you mentioned, that come out with their carts selling neon and different food items.

00:16:16.639 --> 00:16:20.639
Um, they've actually reached out to us and and we love that.

00:16:20.799 --> 00:16:28.399
So we have, you know, somewhat um can make sure that they've got all the proper um licensing and things like that.

00:16:28.559 --> 00:16:30.240
So we're pleased about that.

00:16:30.480 --> 00:16:33.600
They will be present in the parade, they are every year.

00:16:33.759 --> 00:16:43.519
And so really they'll be walking up and down the parade route, and you know, public safety is always going to be our number one goal.

00:16:43.840 --> 00:16:58.720
And this year, we're very happy that in partnership with our police department, um, we'll have nine uniformed officers on the parade route at various sites, keeping an eye on things.

00:16:58.879 --> 00:17:03.440
We will have food trucks literally blocking streets.

00:17:03.600 --> 00:17:07.680
Many of the street closures will have a barricade and a food truck.

00:17:07.839 --> 00:17:11.359
So kind of a double barrier, because again, safety is key.

00:17:11.519 --> 00:17:20.160
And we're just asking folks that come out to the parade to be respectful of others, to try not to run in front of the entries.

00:17:20.240 --> 00:17:26.480
Um, the parade doesn't go, you know, two or three miles an hour, but we just want everybody to have a great time.

00:17:26.960 --> 00:17:27.680
Well, definitely.

00:17:27.839 --> 00:17:40.960
We can certainly thank the leaders, the Hanford City Council, for trusting the Parks and Community Services Department to put on this event, because frankly, if that hadn't happened, uh Hanford would not be having a Christmas parade this year.

00:17:41.119 --> 00:17:42.960
So we're very lucky to have it.

00:17:43.039 --> 00:17:55.359
And I having participated in as many parades as I have, um, I'm very comforted in knowing that the city is taking it seriously, making it a safe event, and putting a lot of fun into it.

00:17:55.440 --> 00:17:58.319
So, Brad, I just want to thank you for joining me again.

00:17:58.559 --> 00:18:02.960
And let's go out there and have a great time at Hanford Winter Wonderland.

00:18:03.039 --> 00:18:07.759
Hopefully it doesn't rain or terrible weather, and especially on the day of the parade.

00:18:07.839 --> 00:18:09.599
So uh thank you so much, Brad.

00:18:10.000 --> 00:18:10.720
Thanks, Rob.

00:18:10.799 --> 00:18:12.400
I appreciate you having me on.

00:18:13.920 --> 00:18:20.400
I always enjoy my conversations with Brad, and you can really feel his excitement to put on these events for the community.

00:18:21.039 --> 00:18:26.079
It's been fun working with him to help get the word out about the Winter Wonderland and the Christmas parade.

00:18:26.559 --> 00:18:29.680

Good luck.

00:19:10.079 --> 00:19:13.519
Now let's check in with Eric for some high school sports news.

00:19:17.920 --> 00:19:21.680
And now it's time for Hanford Insider Sports with Eric Bentley.

00:19:47.119 --> 00:19:59.440
Centennial, it was all Sierra Pacific who led 11-4 in the fourth before some nonconsequential late goals resulted in a 13-8 final score and a section championship for the Golden Bears.

00:19:59.839 --> 00:20:10.799
Zoe DeLatory continues to lead the defensive charge from the cage for Sierra Pacific, and the Golden Bears will need to rely on that defense for the state playoffs as it's a tough draw.

00:20:11.039 --> 00:20:19.039
Sierra Pacific, the D3 section champs, get a seven-seed and will take on two-seed D-2 section champs Garcis.

00:20:19.440 --> 00:20:22.720
That game will take place Tuesday in Bakersfield.

00:20:23.440 --> 00:20:36.559
The Sierra Pacific boys' water polo season came to an end on Wednesday in the section playoffs, as the offense couldn't capitalize on their opportunities, falling to Bakersfield 11-6 in the D three semifinals.

00:20:36.720 --> 00:20:45.039
The Golden Bears finished their 2025 season with a 20-10 overall record and a 4-4 mark in Tri-County League play.

00:20:47.200 --> 00:20:55.599
In football, Hanford High fell to Liberty Bakersfield 35-14 in the semifinals of the D1A section playoffs last Friday.

00:20:55.759 --> 00:21:06.160
The Liberty offense set the tone early, scoring 21 points in the first quarter, while the Bullpups only got a rushing touchdown from Tavion Patterson to trail 21-7 after the first.

00:21:06.400 --> 00:21:12.079
The two teams would trade touchdowns in the second quarter with Jaron Mao's 11-yard touchdown pass to A.J.

00:21:12.240 --> 00:21:15.839
Williams, cutting the Bullpup deficit back to 14 at the half.

00:21:16.000 --> 00:21:28.960
The Hanford High defense would lock in coming out of the half, pitching a shutout in the third quarter and only allowing one fourth quarter touchdown, but the Bull Pemp offense couldn't muster up any points of their own, falling 35 to 14.

00:21:29.440 --> 00:21:37.759
The Bullpups finish off another successful season with a 7-4 overall record going back to back to back as WIL champs.

00:21:38.319 --> 00:21:42.480
And with fall sports all wrapped up, basketball season is upon us.

00:21:42.640 --> 00:21:47.440
