You know, actually, this is almost three projects in one.

Uh, the land acquisition, and we want to thank the Armandi family for being a big um anchor of that, as well as a few other parcels.

When you create a four-acre parcel in the middle of a downtown area, especially a historic area like the city of Hanford.
